What we collect
When you submit a request, we collect your name, email, phone number, service address, vehicle information, requested time, selected services, condition notes, maintenance preferences, and policy acknowledgment. We record request timestamps and use hashed network identifiers to limit abuse.
How we use it
We use your information to assess your vehicle, prepare a quote, schedule and deliver service, communicate about your request, and maintain booking records. We do not sell your information or enroll you in marketing through this form.
Service providers
The website uses managed hosting and Supabase to store and process booking records. Payment information, when enabled, is handled by Stripe; the site does not store your full card number. The site may load fonts from Google Fonts.
Private links & access
Your booking tracking link is private: anyone you share it with can view its limited booking status. Keep it secure. Owner tools require sign-in. We retain information as needed to provide services, maintain business records, resolve disputes, and satisfy applicable obligations.
Contact & requests
Use the inquiry form at ritualphx.com to request access, correction or deletion of your information, or reply to a service communication from Ritual. Avoid entering payment card details, government identifiers, or sensitive personal information in the notes.
