Your $50 deposit
A $50 deposit secures an accepted appointment and is credited toward the final service total. The remaining balance is due after service. A request alone does not reserve a time or charge your card.
Cancellations & no-shows
If you cancel an accepted appointment for any reason or do not provide access for the agreed visit, the $50 deposit is retained as the cancellation fee. We do not charge another $50 on top of the deposit.
Accurate intake, clear approval
Describe the vehicle’s condition accurately, including pet hair, heavy sand, stains, odors, and bodily fluids. We may request photos before accepting specialty work. Starting estimates can change after assessment. We explain the revised scope and price and obtain your approval before additional work.
If material conditions were omitted or inaccurately described and you decline the revised service quote, the visit is cancelled and the $50 deposit is retained. This does not authorize work or charges you have not approved.
If Ritual cannot provide the visit
If Ritual declines your request or cancels the appointment, any deposit paid for that visit is refunded. You may choose a replacement date instead. Any rights required by applicable law remain unaffected.
Service & access
Hours are Monday–Friday 4:30–8 PM and Saturday–Sunday 7 AM–8 PM, America/Phoenix. Timing depends on service duration, location and conditions. Travel, safe access, shade, utilities, wastewater arrangements, specialty work and applicable tax are confirmed before booking. Permanent stains or existing damage may remain.
The Ritual Circle
Maintenance starts after a separately priced Signature or Reset detail. Selecting a plan online expresses interest only. It does not create a subscription or recurring charge. Final terms and scheduling are agreed before enrollment.
